Exploring the Irish Countryside.

Image
I have always felt a sense of pride in my Irish heritage and I have always felt drawn to Celtic art, music and symbols. I love mountain views and I feel that there is nothing more peaceful than being in nature. Ireland seemed to fit the very nature of who I am and I always knew it was a place I wanted to visit. I grew up dreaming of the day I would feel the crisp air of Ireland around me, feel the peace of being in a place that I felt inexplicably connected to. However, I went on many other adventures before ultimately going to Ireland with my husband. While planning our trip to Ireland, I researched and came up with a list of the places that I knew I needed to see. The ring of Kerry was number one. I also knew that I wanted to go horseback riding in the mountains as well as hike and walk anywhere and everywhere. I wanted to see the views, hear the accents and feel the awe that being there would offer me. My husband wanted to have a chance to explore and then be able to relax ...

Autumn in Africa (Kenyatta's Version)

I'm a firm believer that the Universe always has a bigger plan for all of us.  It was nothing short of divine intervention when Patricia's husband couldn't make their already planned trip to Africa last May, which was to be their 20th wedding anniversary getaway. The day before Patty and Jerry were to leave, I texted, "have a wonderful trip", remembering that she couldn't make the broker bash I was hosting due to their travel plans.  I was taken aback by the text I received in response.  "Kenyatta, I am so upset.  Jerry can't go and I'm going to have to cancel the trip." I tried to think of all the possible options for her to try to save their trip with minimal damages but nothing seemed as though it would work.  My last thought was that Patty had to goto Africa even if she had to go alone. The next morning Patty text me an invitation to join her.  It would be less than 24 hours that we would be leaving for Africa and my broker bash was s...

Yacht Charters - The Lux Life at Sea

Image
BVI Sunset (Photo by Patricia Zariello) We were sitting on our balcony of a beautiful luxury villa. The sun was setting over the sea creating the most breathtaking view. It was like being in a three dimensional piece of art rich with color and what seemed like strategically placed silhouettes of the sail boats anchored there for the night. It was magical! Both my husband and I always felt a sense of happiness and peacefulness being near the water. We chatted about how awesome it was to be there, but at the same time there was a mutual curiosity and sort of yearning to be to be on one of those boats watching this beautiful sunset from the deck and waking up on the water.  And just like that a yacht charter quickly earned a top spot on our bucket list. BVI Sunset (By Patricia Zariello) The first chance we got we booked our first boat charter. It was a 52’ sailboat. We spent a week in the British Virgin Islands hopping from island to island exploring places only acce...

About Us

Image
It all began during an unexpected trip to South Africa last May. While Patricia and I soared over the Atlantic Ocean en route to the "Mother Land", we talked about how much we love to travel and how we'd love to do more of it. In true Kenyatta fashion, as if I didn't already have enough on my plate, I suggested that maybe we start our own travel business.  This way we could not only do more of what we loved, but also have the ability to assist other travelers experience the world. Fast-forward almost a year later and here we are!  Making our dream into a reality.  Between the three of us (Nicole, one of our researchers/advisors), we've already covered most of the US, parts of Canada, Mexico, Italy, Greece, France, England and most of the Caribbean. Follow our travels here and contact us when you are ready to plan your next adventure!  ARTravel... Because the World is a Colorful Place to Explore.
